Each event page states whether its tickets are refundable. Unless an event page says otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.
If we cancel an event
If Mehfil Social cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price to the original payment method. [Owner: confirm whether service fees are also refunded and whether you may offer a transfer to a rescheduled date instead.]
If an event is rescheduled
[Owner: state whether tickets remain valid for the new date and whether refunds are available if a guest cannot attend.]
Refundable events
Where an event is marked refundable, you can request a refund from your account up to the cut-off time shown for that event. Requests are reviewed by our team. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Refunded tickets are cancelled and can no longer be used.
Eventbrite purchases
Tickets bought through Eventbrite are refunded according to the policy shown on the Eventbrite listing, through Eventbrite.
