Buying tickets
- Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Before you pay, the order review page shows the ticket price, any service fee and the total payable.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed only after Stripe confirms the payment, and tickets are then emailed to you and saved in your account.
- Tickets are held for you for a limited time during checkout. If payment is not completed in that time, the tickets are released.
- Some events are ticketed through our partner Eventbrite. Those purchases are made on Eventbrite and governed by Eventbrite’s terms and the refund policy shown on the Eventbrite listing.
Using your ticket
- Each ticket has a unique QR code that can be scanned once. Do not share screenshots of your QR code. The first scan admits the holder.
- Couple or group passes admit the number of guests stated on the ticket.
- Keep your ticket available on your phone or printed at the entrance.
Limits and resale
We may limit the number of tickets per customer. Tickets may not be resold for profit. We may cancel tickets bought in breach of these limits or obtained fraudulently.
